Nanda's journey began at the age of 21 in the auto component industry, where he dedicated 15 years before transitioning to real estate. Over the years, he held key leadership positions at several notable developers, including Omaxe Ltd., Central Park, M3M, and Krisumi Corporation, a joint venture with Japan's Sumitomo Corporation. His tenure at BPTP Ltd. marked the culmination of a remarkable corporate journey.
Nandaβs contributions to the industry are substantial, with over US$6 billion in residential real estate sales credited to his leadership. He successfully built and managed a nationwide network of over 40,000 channel partners, serving more than 25,000 customers. Additionally, he received multiple accolades, including the Excellence in Luxury Real Estate Strategy award at the ET NOW Realty Conclave & Awards 2026, reflecting his profound influence on luxury real estate strategies in India.
Throughout his career, Nanda has also been recognized as one of the highest individual income tax-paying professionals in the real estate sector. He attributes this achievement to the myriad opportunities the industry has provided him over the years. In his own words, "Success is never a destination. It is a responsibility that demands humility, gratitude, and compassion." He expressed his gratitude towards the over 600 professionals he has mentored, emphasizing that witnessing their growth into exceptional leaders has been one of his lifeβs greatest rewards.

He envisions this next phase as a shift from corporate targets to meaningful contributions, maintaining his ties to the industry while focusing on impactful community engagement. As he embarks on this new journey, the real estate community and beyond will undoubtedly benefit from his wealth of knowledge and commitment to service.
