Lucknow, Oct 13 (UNI) – The Uttar Pradesh Real Estate Regulatory Authority (UP RERA) has approved six new real estate projects valued at Rs 176.28 crores, marking a significant step towards promoting transparent and structured growth in the state's property sector. The decision was finalized during UP RERA's 186th meeting, chaired by Chairman Sanjay Bhoosreddy and attended by senior officials and industry experts.
These six projects, spread across key locations including Ayodhya, Noida, Jhansi, Moradabad, Lucknow, and Prayagraj, will collectively deliver 501 new residential flats and commercial shops. This development is expected to accelerate infrastructure growth, enhance housing availability, and strengthen investor confidence in Uttar Pradesh's regulated real estate market.
With a focus on affordable and mid-income housing segments, the projects aim to address the existing demand-supply gap, contributing to the state's vision of 'Housing for All.' The addition of these units will provide much-needed options for homebuyers and commercial investors alike.
Chairman Sanjay Bhoosreddy emphasized UP RERA's commitment to transparency and accountability, stating, "Our rigorous approval process ensures only compliant projects proceed, reinforcing trust in Uttar Pradesh's real estate ecosystem. The approval of these six projects, backed by an investment exceeding Rs 176 crores, underscores the growing momentum in residential and commercial development across the state."
