Hyderabad: The Telangana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TGRERA) has issued a directive to Aliens Developers Pvt. Ltd., mandating the swift handover of flats in the Aliens Space Station-4 project located in Tellapur. This order, dated October 10, comes in response to a formal complaint filed by Upendra Deep from Chandanagar, who booked flat number 2222 for Rs 93.18 lakh and paid an advance of Rs 19.11 lakh but has yet to receive a sale agreement despite multiple requests. Aliens Developers cited project delays due to circumstances predating the RERA Act and global challenges; however, after reviewing the case, TGRERA has instructed the developer to finalize the sale agreement at the originally agreed price and complete flat handover within 10 days. This move underscores TGRERA's commitment to protecting homebuyers' rights and ensuring timely project delivery.
