Mumbai, a bustling metropolis known for its vibrant lifestyle and commercial prowess, is set to witness a transformative initiative in the realm of medical wellness. Della Townships, a prominent name in Indian real estate, has forged an exclusive partnership with MAYRLIFE Austria, marking a significant milestone as the Austrian brand embarks on its first international venture. This collaboration aims to introduce Mayr-based medical wellness into Della's innovative 'Salutogenic Integrated Townships' across various Indian cities.

Under this partnership, the MAYRLIFE health model will be seamlessly integrated into Della's wellness-oriented townships. Jimmy Mistry, the Founder and CMD of Della Townships, has announced the pre-launch of five townships valued at ₹5,800 crore. The ambitious plan includes a pipeline of 16 additional projects, ultimately targeting a staggering ₹20,000 crore in real estate value, showcasing Della's commitment to enhancing the wellness landscape in India.

The initial wellness-focused developments will be located in Nagpur, Goa, Thane, and Ranthambore, with plans to extend to six more cities within the year. Locations such as Guwahati and Tirupati are being considered for future expansion, with township sizes ranging from 600 to 1,400 acres. This strategic rollout underscores Della's vision to create holistic living environments that prioritize health and well-being.

Dieter Resch, the CEO of MAYRLIFE, emphasizes that the MAYRLIFE Health Concept merges advanced longevity medicine with personalized nutrition and treatment strategies, focusing on gut health and individual dietary needs. He states, "70 percent of health is epigenetics—what you eat, how you eat, and how you behave," underscoring the importance of a tailored approach to wellness.

Each Della Township will feature a diverse range of amenities, including branded residences, luxury villas, five-star resorts, and medical wellness pavilions. Additionally, Della Townships has launched India's first luxury outlet mall chain in collaboration with global brands such as Dolce & Gabbana Casa and Bugatti Home. Mistry also revealed plans for collaboration with IIT for algae pond research, further emphasizing Della's commitment to innovation and sustainability in its developments.
