This action was taken under Section 25 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) within the jurisdiction of the Gool Sub-Division, according to official sources. The attached property, situated in Dumki Sumber, was linked to FIR No. 2/2024 registered at Police Station Dharamkund under relevant sections. Following due legal procedures, the property was duly recorded in official revenue records, and a legal notice prohibiting its sale or transfer was served. The property attachment was carried out in the presence of an Executive Magistrate and other official witnesses to ensure strict adherence to legal norms. Earlier in the investigation, Ramban Police had also attached 1 kanal and 11 marlas of land in June 2025 belonging to another Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK)-based terrorist, Ali Mohammed alias Ibrahim, resident of Sumber. With this recent attachment, the total land seized in the case now amounts to 6 kanals and 2 marlas. This decisive enforcement highlights Ramban Police's unwavering commitment to neutralizing threats to national security and enhancing internal security within the Union Territory.
