In a significant move to modernize India's construction landscape, Nemetschek Group India has entered into a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with New Consolidated Construction Company Ltd. (NCCCL). This three-year partnership aims to overcome longstanding challenges in the construction sector by integrating high-velocity Building Information Modeling (BIM) and structured digital workflows into the execution of complex projects. As the Indian construction industry approaches a pivotal moment, this collaboration leverages Nemetschek's advanced technology ecosystem, which includes notable brands such as Graphisoft, Allplan, Bluebeam, and Solibri, alongside NCCCL's extensive experience spanning seven decades in project execution. The focus will be on high-growth sectors, including Data Centres, Healthcare, Residential, Commercial, and Hospitality, which are critical to India's development agenda.
The partnership will initiate pilot projects that serve as scalable benchmarks to showcase the benefits of this technological integration. Notable developments such as Runwal's RMall in Dombivli and L&T Realty's project in Mahim will serve as key examples for this initiative. Through these projects, Nemetschek and NCCCL aim to demonstrate tangible improvements in design validation, project transparency, and operational control. An integral part of this effort will be the deployment of Nemetschek's Bluebeam software, which is designed to enhance collaboration, streamline documentation, and facilitate real-time project workflows among all stakeholders involved.
