The recent lifting of registry restrictions by the Noida Authority during its 222nd Board Meeting on April 6, 2026, marks a significant turning point. This decision, in accordance with the directives from the Supreme Court, has revitalized market confidence and reestablished the path for registries in compliant projects, thus encouraging investment in this once-stagnant zone.

The resurgence of Sector 150 is underscored by a marked increase in residential property prices over the past five years.
