In a significant development for the real estate industry, the NAREDCO NextGen NCR Chapter was officially launched at the NAREDCO Maharashtra NextGen Excelerate 2026 event held at Trident Nariman Point, Mumbai. This gathering brought together emerging leaders from the National Capital Region (NCR), including young developers, entrepreneurs, and industry professionals hailing from areas such as Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad, Gurugram, Bhiwadi, and Meerut. The aim of the new chapter is to integrate these professionals into the national NAREDCO NextGen platform, creating a collaborative environment focused on sustainable urban development.
The launch event served as a platform for discussions centered around critical issues such as urban development, finance, sustainability, and innovation. The event culminated in the announcement of the chapter's new leadership team, with Siddharth Jain appointed as President and Nikhil Aggarwal serving as President Elect. Other key members include Aashi Dua as Vice President (Policy), Mugdha as Vice President (Membership), Shivani Aggarwal as Vice President (Events), Muskan as Secretary, and Nakul Bajaj as Treasurer.
