The email should include details such as the name of the company/association, the specific issue related to SIMS/NOC/QCO, name and designation of the participant, industry type, brief description of the issue, and contact details of the nodal person. The Open House will run from 12:00 noon to 6:00 pm, with specific time slots allocated via email. Walk-ins are not allowed, and only one representative per organization is permitted to ensure broad participation. Companies or associations with steel import issues are encouraged to request confirmed time slots by 11:00 am on October 24, 2025.
