Krisumi Corporation, a notable joint venture between Japan's Sumitomo Corporation and India's Krishna Group, is setting ambitious revenue targets for its latest initiative in Gurugram. The company anticipates generating ₹4,000 crore from the next phase of its flagship project, Krisumi City, which is aptly named 'The Forest Reserve.' This expansive development will encompass 1.67 million square feet and is designed to embody the Japanese principles of architecture, design, and lifestyle, blending them with the local ethos to create a unique residential environment.

The Forest Reserve aims to further establish Krisumi City as a mini-Japanese township, reflecting a commitment to quality and meticulous planning that has characterized the project since its inception. Ashok Kapur, Chairman of Krishna Group and Krisumi Corporation, highlighted the project's evolution, noting that approximately 25% of resident families currently hail from Japan. He emphasized the project's journey, which began with a launch price of ₹8,500 per square foot despite initial connectivity challenges due to delays on the Dwarka Expressway. The price per square foot has since surged to around ₹24,000, underscoring the strong value appreciation and market leadership of Krisumi City.

As the region undergoes significant infrastructural improvements, including the anticipated Global City and enhanced connectivity between Gurugram and Delhi, this upward trajectory in property prices is expected to continue. Kunal Rishi, the Chief Operating Officer of Krisumi Corporation, stated that Krisumi City is strategically situated at the heart of a rapidly evolving connectivity ecosystem. This prime location links it seamlessly to key business districts and infrastructure corridors, enhancing its desirability as a residential address.

The upcoming phases, The Forest Reserve, will feature residences designed in accordance with the Japanese philosophy of Chinju-no-mori, known for its emphasis on nature and tranquility. The project will offer spacious 4 LDK (Living, Dining, Kitchen) units of approximately 4,000 square feet and 3 LDK units of around 3,000 square feet. Ananta Singh Raghuvanshi, President of Sales & Marketing at Krisumi Corporation, reaffirms that the project's strategic location provides unrivaled connectivity to major road networks, including the Dwarka Expressway, Southern Peripheral Road, and NH-8. This not only enhances the project's appeal but also signifies its dual potential for capital creation and appreciation, indicating a promising future for prospective buyers and investors alike.
