Hero Realty, the real estate division of Hero Enterprise, has recently secured an 18,215 square meter land parcel in Sector MU, Greater Noida, for a substantial sum of Rs 218 crore. This acquisition was made through an auction facilitated by the Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority (GNIDA), where the company bid significantly over the reserve price of Rs 97 crore, more than doubling the initial valuation. This land acquisition marks Hero Realty's inaugural project in the Greater Noida region, aligning with the company's strategy to expand its footprint in the National Capital Region (NCR).

The timing of this acquisition coincides with the inauguration of the Phase 1 of the Jewar International Airport on March 28, which is anticipated to transform the area into a major growth hub. Sector MU is strategically positioned near the FNG Expressway and proposed metro corridors, enhancing its accessibility and appeal. Additionally, the region is well-served by established social infrastructure, including schools, hospitals, and commercial centers, making it an ideal location for integrated lifestyle-focused residential development. "The acquisition comes at a time when the newly inaugurated Jewar International Airport is set to redefine the region as NCR's next growth hub, unlocking unprecedented connectivity, economic activity, and real estate appreciation," stated Rohit Kishore, CEO of Hero Realty.

Hero Realty's expansion strategy includes a focus on premium residential and plotted development segments throughout Delhi NCR. Recently, the company launched The Palatial by Hero Homes, an ultra-luxury residential project located in Gurugram's Sector 104 along the Dwarka Expressway. Covering approximately 11 acres, The Palatial comprises over 680 high-end residences complemented by integrated high-street retail and lifestyle amenities. In a notable partnership with Panasonic Electricals, Hero Realty aims to introduce next-generation, AI-enabled smart residences featuring advanced indoor air purification technologies at The Palatial, showcasing its commitment to innovative living solutions.

Further broadening its market presence, Hero Realty has launched a dedicated vertical, Hero Earth, which focuses on key projects across North Indian cities. This initiative includes The Ark in Gurugram's Sector 85, a 5-acre plotted development where all 77 plots have been sold out. Additionally, the company has entered the Sonipat real estate market through a collaboration with the Spiti Group, offering various plot sizes in Sector 33. Currently, Hero Realty is developing over 6 million square feet in high-demand locations across NCR, Punjab, Uttarakhand, and Uttar Pradesh. In a recent development, HDFC Capital Advisors, the real estate private equity arm of HDFC Group, established a Rs 1,000 crore platform with Hero Realty to facilitate housing project developments across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities in India.
