In light of the 2011 Census, which reported nearly 1,25,000 Urdu-speaking residents in Bhiwandi, the establishment of the Grand Urdu House is both timely and necessary. This project will not only enhance the cultural landscape of Bhiwandi but also provide a platform for the Urdu-speaking community to thrive. As Shaikh aptly stated, the Grand Urdu House is more than just a building; it is a commitment to preserving and celebrating Urdu culture for future generations.
