Mumbai: In a groundbreaking move for the Indian real estate sector, DRA Homes has unveiled an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) valued at ₹125 crore, offering ownership opportunities to its entire workforce of 325 members, from drivers to senior leadership. This initiative underscores the company's commitment to fostering a culture where progress is collectively shared, embodying their philosophy of accountability and wellbeing among all team members.

The ESOP is designed for all employees who have completed a minimum of one year with the company. In its initial rollout, over 100 eligible employees have already been granted stock ownership, with further distributions planned in subsequent phases. This approach is one of the most inclusive in corporate India, aiming to ensure that each individual contributing to DRA Homes' success is recognized as a stakeholder in the company's growth.

In addition to the ESOP, DRA Homes has also introduced performance-based incentives amounting to ₹6 crore. Furthermore, the company is organizing an annual, fully sponsored international retreat in Vietnam for more than 100 team members, commencing on November 14. These initiatives are part of DRA's broader commitment to acknowledging employee dedication and fostering a culture of gratitude and shared pride.

To celebrate these significant milestones, DRA Homes has inaugurated the “Pride Wall of Equality” at its Chennai headquarters. This striking installation features the names of every department and serves as a visual representation of inclusivity and recognition within the organization. It symbolizes DRA's belief that its true strength lies in its people rather than merely in property.
