The Tamil Nadu government is constructing houses for Sri Lankan Tamils residing in rehabilitation camps in Sivaganga district at a total estimated cost of Rs 25.65 crore. The ongoing project includes building new houses for refugee families in six camps across the district to provide safe and permanent housing. Basic amenities such as roads, water supply, and electricity are also being improved with an additional allocation of Rs 4 crore.
