Realty firm Century Real Estate has seen a remarkable surge in its sales bookings, reaching Rs 1,062 crore in the July-September quarter of the current fiscal year, more than doubling the figures from the previous year. The Bengaluru-based developer has witnessed a strong demand for its residential projects, with sales bookings totaling Rs 1,305 crore in the first half of the fiscal year. CEO Mahesh Prabhu highlighted the record-breaking sales performance during this period, attributing it to robust consumer demand and the evolving dynamics of Bengaluru's real estate market. Century Real Estate has expanded its presence in key luxury markets and emerging growth areas in North Bengaluru. Director Maninder Chhabra emphasized the company's ability to leverage consumer insights for effective product strategy, responding promptly to evolving lifestyle trends.
