This significant transaction, valued at ₹1,069 crore, also encompasses the Aspire Centurion Park, further establishing AU Real Estate’s strong footprint in the market. Earlier this year, the company had secured rights for Aspire Silicon City for ₹1,467.93 crore, showcasing its aggressive expansion strategy.
The newly launched Aspire Leisure Valley is strategically located in Greater Noida West, with an introductory price set at ₹7,979 per sq. ft. This pricing reflects AU Real Estate's commitment to providing customer-centric offerings in a rapidly growing micro-market, catering to the aspirations of urban families seeking quality living spaces. Ashish Agarwal, Director of AU Real Estate, emphasized that the project aims to elevate everyday living by integrating the AUSI Life concept into a well-connected environment, thereby fostering a contemporary and inclusive residential atmosphere.
Aspire Leisure Valley is part of the broader NBCC Leisure Valley initiative, situated in Techzone IV, Greater Noida West.
