Earlier this year, the company had secured rights for Aspire Silicon City for β‚Ή1,467.93 crore, showcasing its aggressive expansion strategy.

The newly launched Aspire Leisure Valley is strategically located in Greater Noida West, with an introductory price set at β‚Ή7,979 per sq. ft. This pricing reflects AU Real Estate's commitment to providing customer-centric offerings in a rapidly growing micro-market, catering to the aspirations of urban families seeking quality living spaces.
