AU Real Estate, a prominent developer based in the National Capital Region (NCR), has announced ambitious plans to generate ₹1,600 crore in revenue from its new residential project in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. Spanning an area of 5.6 acres, the project will feature three towers housing a total of 831 residential units. The estimated investment for this development is approximately ₹1,200 crore, with a targeted completion date set for 2031. This initiative marks a significant addition to the housing landscape in the region, showcasing AU Real Estate's commitment to addressing the growing demand for quality residential options in the NCR.

The pricing strategy for the residential units has been thoughtfully structured, with ticket prices ranging from ₹1.52 crore to ₹2.71 crore. The introductory base price for the residences is set at ₹6,900 per square foot, a competitive rate aimed at attracting potential buyers. In securing the land for this project, AU Real Estate participated in a competitive auction organized by the Uttar Pradesh Awas Vikas Parishad, acquiring the parcel at a transaction value of ₹336 crore. This strategic move underscores the developer's proactive approach to land acquisition in a rapidly evolving real estate market.

Ashish Agarwal, the director of AU Real Estate, emphasized that the project's strategic location along the Delhi-Meerut Expressway will enhance its appeal, providing excellent connectivity to key areas such as Noida, Indirapuram, and various major corridors within the NCR. The firm's recent endeavors also include acquiring selling rights for 609 residential units in stalled Amrapali projects, namely Aspire Leisure Valley and Aspire Centurion Park, located in Noida-Greater Noida. This acquisition, valued at ₹1,069 crore, further demonstrates AU Real Estate’s commitment to revitalizing and completing projects that have faced delays, thereby contributing to the region's housing supply.

In addition to the aforementioned projects, AU Real Estate has previously secured selling rights for another Amrapali initiative, Aspire Silicon City, for ₹1,468 crore. These acquisitions were made through an e-auction held by the state-run NBCC, which had announced its inability to manage retail sales of the units effectively. As AU Real Estate moves forward with its plans in Ghaziabad and other regions, it is clear that the developer is positioned to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of residential real estate in the NCR, capitalizing on strategic investments and market opportunities.
