Hyderabad-based real estate firm Anvita Group is poised for significant global expansion, as it recently announced the launch of a 17-acre residential community in Dallas, Texas. This initiative marks a strategic move for the company, which aims to establish an international corporate office in the same city. The expansion into the U.S. real estate market reflects Anvita's ambition to diversify its portfolio and tap into emerging opportunities abroad. With over 10 million square feet of projects currently under construction, the company is well-positioned to leverage its expertise in the real estate sector on an international scale.
In addition to its Dallas project, Anvita Group is preparing for another substantial undertaking, which involves the development of 1,700 villas across 500 acres in the U.S. The firm has also outlined plans to launch a new real estate project in Dubai later this year, further solidifying its presence in the Middle East. Anvita has already participated in several major projects in Dubai, serving approximately 1,800 customers, and is keen to build on this success as it ventures into new markets.
The company currently employs 300 professionals directly, contributing to a significant indirect employment network of around 6,000 individuals. Looking ahead, Anvita Group anticipates expanding its workforce to 1,000 employees over the next three years, while also increasing indirect employment to an estimated 15,000. This growth trajectory underscores the company's commitment to not only enhancing its operational capabilities but also contributing to job creation and economic development in the regions where it operates.
