According to a report by Cushman & Wakefield, 2025 saw the launch of 43,795 units, reflecting a 5 percent year-on-year increase. This growth was largely driven by demand in the high-end and luxury segments, which constituted nearly 48 percent of total launches. Despite this notable revenue, the registration figures reflected a 17 percent year-on-year decline compared to January 2025. The real estate landscape in Pune continues to evolve, and the recent acquisition by Citycon Infratech LLP signifies Amar Buildersβ commitment to capitalizing on growth opportunities in a dynamic market, while also navigating the challenges posed by fluctuating sales and construction costs. The company remains poised to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Pune's real estate sector.
