However, as demand escalates, the pool of available rentals is shrinking. Additionally, Bengaluru's rental market is witnessing an increase in the availability of studio apartments and one-room kitchen units, often located in standalone buildings or on terraces close to central business districts. These units generally rent for between ₹15,000 and ₹20,000 per month and are frequently fully furnished, making them appealing to single professionals.
