Hyderabad witnessed the grand inauguration of the 15th Naredco Telangana Property Show at the HITEX Exhibition Centre on October 10, attracting participation from more than 80 prominent builders, developers, and financial institutions. The three-day event, running until October 12, showcases a diverse portfolio of real estate options including apartments, villas, plots, and farmlands. Additionally, leading financial entities such as SBI, Union Bank, LIC Housing Finance, HDFC, IDBI, and CBI offer home loan products designed to facilitate easier property acquisition for buyers. The event was inaugurated by Deputy Chief Minister Bhatti Vikramarka Mallu, Telangana Tourism, Culture and Archaeology Minister Jupally Krishna Rao, and Naredco President Vijay Sai Mekha, among other dignitaries. Deputy CM Mallu lauded the hospitality of Telangana's people, especially Hyderabad, while emphasizing Chief Minister Revanth Reddy’s vision to transform Hyderabad into a world-class city. He highlighted significant infrastructure investments totaling Rs 10,000 crore aimed at enhancing urban amenities, with a special focus on the development of the river Musi and the conservation of the city’s lakes, parks, and rock formations. Minister Krishna Rao underlined the real estate sector as a vital driver of Telangana's economic growth and a key source of employment. He praised Naredco’s 15-year commitment to promoting transparency, quality, and consumer trust within the housing market. Highlighting Hyderabad’s strategic expansion, he cited landmark infrastructure initiatives such as the Regional Ring Road and the Greenfield Road Project, which are set to open new corridors for real estate and logistics development. Krishna Rao also encouraged synergies between the real estate and tourism sectors under the Telangana Tourism Policy, inviting developers to invest in eco-tourism, heritage hotels, resorts, convention centers, integrated townships, and luxury hospitality projects that blend lifestyle, infrastructure, and cultural heritage. Naredco Telangana officials, including Executive Vice Presidents Kali Prasad Damera and Dr. Ln. Y. Kiron, along with Treasurer R. Venkateswara Rao, actively engaged with attendees, reaffirming their dedication to supporting Hyderabad’s growth and advancing Telangana’s broader economic objectives.
